Vending Machine Company
Many vending machine companies provide vending
machines and vending services to support your vending machine business.
But commonly, there are 3 (three) kind of vending programs or sevices
available:
Full Service
In this vending program, the vending company
offers all the vending equipment, products and total service at no cost
to the location and will absorb all the cost of equipment, taxes,
insurance, payroll, spoilage, refunds, rotation of equipment when
needed and many more. In this case, the vending company is allowed to
keep all the profits. In some cases, prices are adjustable to
accommodate the location with a monthly commission based on sales and
if the vendor is allowed to vend the products at a slightly higher
price, vendor may offer a commission to the location.
Co-Op Service
In this vending program, the location is allowed
to use the vending machines at little or no charge. The vending
equipment is usually loaned to the location. But the location must
purchase all products and services from the vendor and at significantly
inflated wholesale prices. It is the authorities of the location to
provide labor, insurance and other responsibilities. However, the
location is allowed to keep the difference between the total costs and
the selling price.
Owner Operator
In this vending program, the location has to
purchase all the vending equipment, absorbing any losses and purchase
all product supplies. This means that the location provides all the
responsibilities from labor to insurance. Therefore, the location is
allowed to keep all the net profits. Since the location takes its own
responsibilities, he may want to sell the prices at a loss.
Full service program is the most popular one
because if you have the choice, you would not
want to get involve in any maintenance or all the cost may incur.
